Coordinator (m/f/d) Customer Motorsport Events

We are looking for a (Junior) Coordinator (m/f/d) Customer Motorsport based out of our Cologne headquarters to support at select race tracks in Germany with daily tasks.

Your Tasks:

  • collaborate with global teams to plan and execute driving events

  • coordinate logistics, schedules and resources for successful events

  • work closely with our customer teams, ensuring seamless operations during events

  • liaise with distributors and suppliers based on business needs

  • travel to events as needed (a valid driving license is a bonus)

 

The successful candidate will:

  • have a background in event management or marketing, ideally within the motorsport industry

  • be experienced in supporting motorsport events like driver trainings or trackdays

  • show strong English language skills; knowledge of German or Japanese would be a bonus

  • display a customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills

  • have a results-driven mindset and strong communication skills

  • be willing to travel on a regular base

  • have ideally experienced in dealing with Japanese culture
