We are currently looking for a Controller (Structure Costs) (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne. In this role you will focus on the controlling and analysis of structural costs across the organization, supporting transparency in production costs, material structures and internal service allocations.

Working closely with production, engineering and supply chain teams, you will provide financial insights that support operational decisions and help ensure efficient use of resources in a dynamic motorsport and automotive environment.

Your tasks

 

  • analyse and monitor structural costs across the organization with focus on production activities, material flows and internal service allocations
  • support planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare regular cost analyses and management reports
  • evaluate data from our ERP system to increase transparency and improve cost efficiency across operational processes
  • work closely with production, engineering and supply chain departments to provide financial insights on operational performance
  • prepare variance analyses and derive recommendations that support management decisions
  • contribute to the continuous development of controlling tools, reporting structures and financial transparency across the organization

 

Your Skills

 

  • hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field with focus on finance or controlling
  • bring professional experience in controlling within an industrial environment, ideally related to production or manufacturing
  • demonstrate strong understanding of cost structures related to production, materials management and internal services
  • have experience working with ERP systems as well as very good MS Excel and reporting tool skills
  • be comfortable working in an international environment with strong English communication skills
  • show analytical thinking, structured working style and strong communication skills combined with team spirit
