We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Customer Motorsport to oversee the GT project with daily tasks based out of our Cologne headquarters.

Job description / Tasks:
- holistic market management and customer management GR Customer Racing with a focus on Europe
- strategic planning and implementation of international racing events: Management of performance cars and service providers to achieve sporting goals with budget responsibility
- continuous development of the GR Customer Racing Support strategy, in compliance with overarching strategic and economic objectives
- set and deliver milestones, forecasts, budgets, resources & project charter and risk management
- acquisition of new customers for the GR Customer Racing vehicle portfolio and support of the sales process with the relevant internal interfaces
- stay up to date with global GT3 activities and market direction to better serve Gazoo Racing customers and improve project targets
The successful candidate will have:
- completed a university degree in business administration and sound technical knowledge
- profound experience within the global customer motorsport automotive industry, e.g. GT3 and GT4
- several years of professional experience in project management as well as the organization and management of professional racing teams, preferably in the GT3 sector
- have sound English language skills
- a “customer first” approach with strong interpersonal skills to actively develop and use collaborative relationships to achieve results, when required also using appropriate soft skills to reduce tension and resolve conflicts
- drive for results and deliver stakeholder satisfaction
- flexibility and willingness to work weekends and travel
- experience in dealing with Japanese culture would be a bonus
