Commercial Project Leader GT (m/f/d) - Customer Motorsport (Focus: GT3)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for Customer Motorsport with a strong GT3 background to take ownership of our GT project. The role is based at our Cologne headquarters.

Your tasks

  • strategic planning and commercial development of the GT3 Customer Racing programme, including long‑term roadmaps and business objectives
  • creation, evaluation and execution of business cases for GT3-related projects
  • spare parts business planning & management (forecasting, pricing, availability, support for customers)
  • full commercial responsibility for budgets, forecasts, revenue planning and financial monitoring within the GT3 programme
  • customer and market management for GT3 in Europe, including commercial support during the sales process
  • monitoring of global GT3 regulations, customer trends and competition to guide commercial programme decisions

 

Your profile

  • university degree in business administration (or similar) with strong technical understanding
  • several years of professional experience in the GT3 customer racing environment, ideally in commercial, strategic or programme‑management roles
  • proven capability in developing business cases and conducting financial planning/forecasting
  • experience in spare parts planning, aftermarket topics or comparable commercial responsibilities
  • strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills paired with a customer‑first mindset
  • fluent English and willingness to travel/work weekends; experience with Japanese culture is a plus
